Senior Audit Consultant

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Perform internal financial, operational and compliance audits 
  • Process and review accounts payable transactions for proper coding and approvals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to accounts payable.
  • Prepare analysis related to PO use and compliance to PO policy.
  • Interface with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve accounts payable matters.
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness and use of accepted accounting procedures 
  •  Identify performance improvement opportunities
  •  Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
  • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies 
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Infrequent travel may be required

Required Experience

  • Seven years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and licensed CPA
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information 
  • Have the ability to quickly grasp new ideas and processes 
  • Database design and troubleshooting skills preferred.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, corporate management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Technology/Software Company experience a strong plus. 

 

Retail Audit Advisor

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Significant knowledge of the Retail industry, their trends and major players
  • Strong analytical skill set and a strong desire to perform extensive research and draw conclusions form that research.
  • Analyze a vendors systems, business rules and data without detailed instructions.
  • Ability to project competence, credibility, and professionalism, including the ability to use these qualities to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent client and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to establish credibility and interact with all levels of business users
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Some travel required (up to 50%) and/or relocation to job sites.

Required Experience

Business Development and Sales Associate

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Develop and manage business analysis for annual business plans and strategic plans. Identify key issues, evaluating competitive & market trends, tracking results and formulating recommendations.
  • Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities that leverage the company's market successes and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute web and email marketing programs to drive sales of products and services; such as search optimization, pay-per-click ads, integrating social media efforts with email promotions and landing pages.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI) and track the results of marketing efforts that include interpreting, analyzing, and communicating the findings.
  • Leading and planning audit engagements. 
  • Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations. 
  • Developing an understanding of client’s business. 
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  • Research new niche markets for sales development

Required Experience

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Quantitative strength and proven competency in assembling data and extracting consumer insights.
